2. Prices and Payments

• Prices are as stated in relevant quotations and confirmed in your Order.

3. Refund Policy

• Payments made to AdvancedWebUK are non-refundable.
  • This applies to deposits for website design services and monthly payments for ongoing services such as SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Management.
  • Refunds are not provided for work already performed or services already delivered.
• If you have any concerns about this policy, please contact us before proceeding with any payment.

4. SEO and Digital Marketing Services

• SEO Services:
  • We do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic increases, as search engine algorithms are outside our control.
  • Proven strategies are implemented to improve visibility and performance over time.
• Google Ads Management:
  • Performance depends on factors such as competition and search volume.
  • We aim to maximise ROI within your agreed budget.
• Social Media Advertising:
  • Content management, posting, and advertising services are tailored to the selected package.
  • Campaigns are monitored and optimised monthly for the best performance.

5. Website Design Services

• AdvancedWebUK will design and develop websites as per the agreed specification.
• Clients are responsible for reviewing draft designs and providing feedback.
• Additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• The website will only be launched once the final payment has been received.

6. Hosting and Maintenance

• Hosting services are billed annually.
  • Failure to pay hosting fees may result in the suspension or termination of services.
• While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to necessary maintenance or unforeseen technical issues.

7. Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property in the website, content, and materials created by AdvancedWebUK remains the property of AdvancedWebUK until full payment has been made.
• Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client, except for proprietary tools, templates, or software used in the delivery of services.

8. Termination and Cancellation

• Either party may terminate the contract with 30 days’ written notice.
• For SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Management, services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
• AdvancedWebUK reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of non-payment or breach of contract.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AdvancedWebUK will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Privacy Policy

• AdvancedWebUK adheres to GDPR and UK data protection laws.
• Your information will only be used to deliver the agreed services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Both parties agree to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing legal action.
